5) They must have craws or crops;

ble lining that can easily be separated.
CLEAN birds have ALL these charac-
teristics; UNCLEAN birds LACK ONE OR
MORE of these characteristics. If a bird lacks
ANY ONE of these characteristics, it is UN-
CLEAN.
