Have YOU Been Baptized?
NOTES:
Baptism symbolizes a person's "death
and burial" of their human flesh and desires, the
"old man," and their rising up out of that watery
grave having obtained "new life" and becoming
a "new man" in Messiah Yeshua.
1. Notice what Paul says in Ephesians
4:22-24. COMMENT: Baptism, then, is a vital
and integral part of the Christian life. It is the
beginning of a NEW LIFE -- a life destined to
live for all eternity.
2. What does YEHOVAH God promise
to give us when we are baptized, having repented
of our sins and accepted the Messiah as our
mediator? Acts 5:38.
COMMENT: YEHOVAH God
promises us a part of His very own Being and
Life, within us.
3. So, from this point on, what is
“FORMED” in us? Galatians 4:19.
COMMENT: The Messiah and his
character is “formed” in us. And if we grow, and
endure, and remain faithful to the end of our
lives, then we will inherit ETERNAL LIFE in
the Family and Kingdom of YEHOVAH GOD!

you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission
of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the HOLY
SPIRIT" (Acts 2:38).
