Hope of Israel Ministries (Ecclesia of YEHOVAH):

Salvation is Exclusive to Israel

The clear message of the Bible is that YEHOVAH God has a specific purpose for a specific people; and no earthly power can change His Mind.

by Eli James

Notice Psalm 14:7:

"The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy. Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion. For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee. He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat. He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth: his word runneth very swiftly. He giveth snow like wool: he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes. He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold? He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow. He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. He hath not dealt so with any nationand as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD."

All of these physical blessings are part of our salvation, here and now, in our homes and in our communities. He wants us to be happy and prosperous, whenever, wherever; and the people that YEHOVAH God is concerned with is Israel -- not any church, not any other races, not a motley collection of “believers,” not a “spiritual” Israel.  Instead, the physical preservation of Israel is of paramount importance because we are the People destined to rule with Him after the Day of Judgment.

In the meantime, how we observe our Covenant relationship with YEHOVAH determines the direction of world affairs. It might be stated: “As Israel goes, so the world goes.” (Of course, the impostor Jews are trying to replace us in this matter! Esau is trying to supplant his brother, Jacob.) When we prosper by obeying His Commandments, the world also prospers. When we decline by disobedience and rebellion, the rest of the world also suffers. It has always been so, since Sinai. This is why the Messiah tells us, “Ye are the light of the world,” the City on the Hill (Matthew 5:14).

The Law Covenant was only one of many Covenants that our Father, YEHOVAH God, has made with us through our ancestors, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. When YEHOVAH said to Abraham, “I will establish my Covenant between Me and thee and thy seed [zerah = offspring] after thee [direct descendants only] in their generations [dor = circle of family] for an EVERLASTING COVENANT,” He meant exactly what He said  (Genesis 17:7). YEHOVAH has always delivered on His promises, to the letter. These promises were made to a physical people and they are to last forever. These people can only be the direct descendants, the kindred of Abraham, through Isaac and Jacob; and no priest can change this fact by spiritualizing or universalizing the context of Biblical doctrine.

Paul recognizes the Israelites of Corinth as an anointed people at I Corinthians 1:21; and he confirms the exclusivity of the Covenants at Romans 15:8, saying, “Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made to the fathers.” Since the covenants, promises and inheritance were never promised to anyone but Israel, they cannot be delivered to any other nation or people.

Galatians 3:16: “Now to Abraham and his seed [SPERMA = children, offspring, progeny] were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds [that is, to many or diverse sperma, as of many, different kinds of sperma]; but as of one [kind of sperma], which is anointed.”

Most King James Version translations have the proper name, Christ, instead of the correct word "anointed," meaning His anointed people, Israel. The King James Version is dead wrong here, for it is patently obvious that the promises were NOT MADE TO THE MESSIAH. The promises were made to Abraham’s direct descendants. This is exactly the fact that Paul is affirming.  Indeed, the Messiah is the ONE WHO WAS PROMISED, not the one to whom the promises were made. Since he was sinless, he didn’t need any salvation. He IS our salvation.

The King James Version translation simply butchers the Greek, in an attempt to universalize the promises, which Paul, in verse 15, says very plainly CANNOT BE ANNULLED. Nor does any human interpreter have the power or authority to change YEHOVAH’s Covenants. Yet, the Judeo Churches are working overtime, trying to universalize the very specific and exclusive language of the Covenants!

Furthermore, I can assure you that there is no such thing as “spiritual sperm.” There is no magical transubstantiation of race that takes place, such that a non-Israelite transmutes into a “descendant of Abraham” by becoming a “believer.” Those who believe falsehood are not true believers, are they?

The uniqueness of the Israel people is nowhere better summarized than by Peter at I Peter 2:9-10:

"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that you should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light, which in time past were not a people [because we were cast out, even 'divorced' by YEHOVAH for our rebellion against Him], but now are the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy."

Peter is here affirming all of the exclusive language of the Old Testament towards Israel. Rather than becoming more inclusive, the New Testament continues the story of the exclusiveness of Israel and that, even within the nation of Israel, there is to be an even more exclusive refining of the remnant: those who are willing to repent and chose righteousness over unrighteousness. The message of the Bible is that YEHOVAH God has a specific purpose for a specific people; and no earthly power can change His Mind.
