Are You a "Comfortable" Christian?

A member of the Worldwide Church of God once made the mistake of mentioning the obvious and sad LACK OF FAITH in the church to one of the ministers. The minister let him know, in no uncertain terms, that there was nothing wrong with the faith of the Church!

As proof he retorted: "They come to church every week, so therefore they must have faith. And, even if their faith is weak, the Bible tells me Christ will receive those who are weak in faith. How dare you question their faith!"

This minister took the man's statement personally -- it was an affront to him. He felt HIS church had been insulted, even though that was not the church member's intent. This minister was comfortable with HIS understanding of faith; and the man was questioning his COMFORTABLE position -- and he didn't like it one bit!

Regardless of what the Bible "tells" this minister, and so many others like him in the Worldwide Church of God and other denominations, a man's presence in church is NO PROOF OF FAITH! A man may attend church for a variety of reasons, including social, business, fear of hell-fire, because his parents insist, etc.

The scripture that the Worldwide Church of God minister was referring to is certainly true -- in its context. The Messiah will receive those who are weak in faith; however this minister was MISUSING the scripture.

The scripture in question is found in Romans 14. Let's read the first part of the chapter -- starting in verse one:

Read all of Romans 14 -- and the first few verses of chapter 15. The subject of these verses is the responsibility placed upon YEHOVAH God's people to allow an individual in the Church to conduct his worship of YEHOVAH in the way he believes to be right -- within the framework of YEHOVAH's laws, of course! Those who are weak in the faith should not be badgered or forced into accepting someone else's understanding of doctrine; and YEHOVAH's people should not be so "righteous" or pompous as to withdraw fellowship or disfellowship the individual simply because he cannot see it their way.

The person may be weak and his understanding of doctrine less than perfect, but Yeshua the Messiah called him and will help him to grow in knowledge and understanding -- AND FAITH -- if he remains faithful to what he understands.

That's the subject of Romans 14 -- nothing else! It is not intended to be used to whitewash an absence of faith in the entire Church.

It is true that the Messiah will receive those who are weak in the faith but, and understand this, he does not intend that they remain that way for the rest of their lives! Yeshua EXPECTS them to grow in grace and knowledge. They are certainly not justified if they stagnate or go backwards!

In this article we are not talking about the faith of new or weak individuals within the Church of God -- we are talking about the faith of the ENTIRE Church. We are talking about the entire range of members -- from the most important (or self-important) to the least important member -- but most especially the leaders! The leaders of the Worldwide Church of God (and other groups) are the ones responsible for the PITIFUL condition of the faith of YEHOVAH God's people. They are not teaching the truth and they refuse to live the truth!

These men of perdition continually twist the scriptures to justify their own lack of faith, and that of the Church. They stand to their full height before YEHOVAH's people and claim their faith is O.K. Yet they repeatedly demonstrate by their own lives that their faith is NOT O.K.

Oh yes, they may have faith in themselves, or faith in the Church -- but they have no faith in YEHOVAH God! But, it seems, they have plenty of faith in the world! They no longer know what faith is, and if the sad truth be known, most of them never did!

When they pray, YEHOVAH God does not hear. They anoint the sick, but the sick are not healed.

A minister of the Worldwide Church of God (assuming they still believe in YEHOVAH's ability to heal) may anoint hundreds of people in a year's time -- but none of them are healed. They just go through the motions, knowing before they even start that that person will not be healed.

Once in a great while an angel of YEHOVAH will come by and "stir the waters." A long-time minister will anoint a NEW person (a person whose faith has not yet been compromised) and he will be healed. Then the minister will say, "See, my faith is still strong" when, in reality, the new person was healed by the POWER of his OWN faith -- in spite of the presence of the minister! However, even this rare occurrence is fast disappearing from the Church of God.

A few years later (when the same person is anointed by the same minister) no healing takes place!

By this time the new convert should be closer to YEHOVAH God. By this time his FAITH should be stronger -- but it seldom works out that way.

By this time the faith of the new person has been COMPROMISED -- usually by the teachings of the very church itself and the minister who taught him in the first place.

Naturally, the minister blames the sick person. Or, perhaps, he claims that YEHOVAH works differently with new people. One thing is certain -- he will never accept the responsibility himself! It is, however, the "prayer of faith that saves the sick," and when you call the minister to be anointed, who is doing the praying?

As difficult as it is for some people to accept, it has become the MAIN PURPOSE of the ministry of the Worldwide Church of God to UNDERMINE and DESTROY what little faith still remains within that Church today! This is one of the most difficult things YEHOVAH calls upon us to realize and accept, but it is nonetheless true.

The ministry, as we have seen, is without faith, and any attempt by the membership to hold to the "faith once delivered" is not permitted because it makes them look bad!

It is "the prayer of faith" that saves the sick, but we must realize that faith is POWER -- and POWER is just that, POWER! If there is enough of it present, it gets the job done. It is not so important who is exercising the faith, it is the mere fact of its presence that is important.

We have to understand that once faith begins to be compromised, it loses its POWER very quickly. When this happens it is very difficult -- almost impossible -- to get it back.

We must also understand that it takes a very powerful and a very pure faith to operate in the presence of those who are without faith. This is why new people in the Church are often healed more frequently than those who have been in the congregation for years. The new person's faith has not yet been compromised!

In Mark 6:5 we see that even the Messiah "could do no mighty works there" when he returned to his home town -- "because of their unbelief."

Similarly, when he went to heal the little girl who had died, he put those out of the room who did not believe, and took only his closest disciples with him -- see Luke 8:54.

When the sick in YEHOVAH's Church ask to be anointed, and they are not healed, it further weakens their faith. When they see the same lack of healing dozens of times -- even hundreds of times-a year, they are discouraged even more. Then a FAITHLESS MINISTRY pressures them into going to the medical professionwhether they want to or not!

What little is left of the Church member's faith is wiped out by this inconsistency in logic and they are left without hope. They are left to take their chances with the rest of a Godless world!

The only way, then, that a FAITHLESS CHURCH can keep the loyalty of its tithe-paying members, is to convince them that YEHOVAH God and the doctors work together. But, naturally, "God is always in charge!" This way the minister stays in charge -- and he doesn't even need faith to do it!

Most people in the Worldwide Church of God and others, it seems, believe this lie. They come to the conclusion that all the arguments of the ministry must be true. After all, they haven't been healed, have they?

Ministers become very hostile when confronted about their faith. They go to any length to convince themselves and their followers that their faith is acceptable to YEHOVAH God. They will flatly deny any suggestion that their faith is worldly. They will lie. They will twist the Word of YEHOVAH. If all else fails they become irate, and go on the attack -- persecuting those who suggest such things.

But, you know, they are deceiving themselves -- and in their hearts they know it! These ministers can lie to themselves, but somewhere, in the recesses of their minds, they know the truth.

Their followers know it too; but they just don't know what to do about it. They don't know where, or how, to find true faith. IN FACT, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS! It's far easier to agree with all the convoluted explanations and gobbledygook that these ministers concoct, than it is to STAND ALONE -- APART FROM THE CROWD -- and spend your life and energy seeking to understand and develop TRUE FAITH. So they don't even bother!

Do you remember asking your parents how they knew there was a God? Do you remember how they answered? They probably said that they just knew.

And you probably countered, "How do you know?"

"Well, you just have to believe," came the reply.

"How do you make yourself believe," you more than likely insisted.

You probably encountered a silence at this point and then, "You just have to have faith."

Not willing to drop the subject, you threw back, "WHAT IS FAITH?"

"It's believing. You'll understand when you get older."

You probably didn't like this answer at all! It troubled you and you didn't "understand" -- even when you were older. It was frustrating, and you reflected back on it countless times in the years that followed.

You probably asked this question of many people when you were a child -- and each time the answer was basically the same! Eventually, you concluded that no one really knew what faith was. They just couldn't admit it, even to themselves.

Your parents were wrong -- they did not know the true answer. Yet, their answers were every bit as satisfying as those of the professional faith peddlers you've heard since -- with their "Prayer Lines," and their "Special Healing Nights," and the rest of the paraphernalia that goes hand in glove with modern religion. They wouldn't know YEHOVAH God if they fell over Him in the street!

I don't know about you, but I have sat through scores of explanations of Hebrews 11:1, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Then the minister would launch into a great detailed explanation of faith-- and when he was through I always felt, "O.K., but WHAT IS FAITH?" Does this sound familiar to you?

The Bible plainly states that Abraham was the father of the FAITH-FUL. If we would like to understand more about faith, then Abraham would be a good place to start.

The real test of Abraham's faith went far deeper than his willingness to sacrifice his son Isaac at the command of YEHOVAH God. The true test was whether he believed YEHOVAH -- did he really have faith in YEHOVAH's promises? Did he REALLY trust YEHOVAH?

Let's get the picture. YEHOVAH had promised Abraham that "in Isaac shall thy seed be called" (Genesis 21:12). But at this time Isaac was childless, and since Abraham was being called upon to end Isaac's life, then how could YEHOVAH God possibly keep His word?

In the Garden of Eden, if you remember, Eve allowed herself to be convinced by Satan that YEHOVAH God was a liar. She was deceived. She did not believe YEHOVAH. She believed the lying Satan -- instead of YEHOVAH!

On the other hand Adam was not deceived. He believed YEHOVAH, but his belief did not produce WORKS. He did not OBEY YEHOVAH; so his faith was of no value. IT WAS A DEAD FAITH.

Now, in the mind of Abraham it was the Word, and the integrity, of Almighty God that was on the line when YEHOVAH God called upon him to sacrifice his son. All the promises made to him by YEHOVAH God -- everything he dreamed of and lived for, and hoped for -- everything he had sacrificed and waited for hung in the balance. The promises for this life and for all eternity were on the line.

Abraham realized that if Isaac died it would make YEHOVAH a liar. And if YEHOVAH was a liar, ALL of His promises were not worth the paper they were written on! Abraham would be left without hope.

The bottom line was: Could YEHOVAH God be trusted? Was His Word good -- not only for that time but for all of eternity?

You can bet Satan was very interested in the outcome. He must have pulled every trick out of the bag to get Abraham to believe that YEHOVAH was a liar. He had convinced Eve of it, and by the time of Abraham all mankind was believing it.

Understand this, and get it through your head, that Satan's whole purpose in life is to convince all people everywhere that YEHOVAH God cannot be trusted! If he can convince you of that, if he can break the Word of YEHOVAH in your mind, he has won -- and he knows it!

And it doesn't even have to be on a conscious level. Most people just cannot bring themselves to admit out loud that YEHOVAH cannot be trusted.

Make no mistake about it -- they do not trust Him. They do not rely on Him; and they certainly will NOT stake their life on His Word.

Instead, they make excuses for YEHOVAH God. They come up with all kinds of ludicrous ways to TWIST HIS WORDS so that He doesn't have to do what He said He would do. Most Church members are more than willing to let Him off the hook -- and there is a good reason for this:

They are determined to disobey Him so that they may LIVE AS THEY PLEASE. Therefore, their hearts will not allow them to trust Him.

Because of this, YEHOVAH refuses to answer their prayers. Notice: "Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear. BUT YOUR INIQUITIES HAVE SEPARATED YOU FROM YOUR GOD; and your sins have hidden His face from you, so that HE WILL NOT HEAR" (Isaiah 59:1-2). Read the rest of the chapter. It becomes easier for YEHOVAH's people to twist the truth and make YEHOVAH a liar than to ADMIT He isn't answering their prayers because of their sin.

It really isn't that complicated. Listen. They want to feel good about themselves, and their church, but they don't want to give up their love for this world! They don't want to give up the independence, and the praise, and the wealth and the power -- so they therefore deceive themselves and condemn YEHOVAH as a liar!

Believe me, this subject of FAITH (believing what YEHOVAH says) is no small issue. IT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ETERNAL LIFE AND ETERNAL DEATH!!

Abraham knew well that the Word of YEHOVAH "cannot be broken" (John 10:35). Abraham got it right -- he believed YEHOVAH God and then ACTED on that belief. His faith produced works, and he OBEYED.

He never lost sight of YEHOVAH's promises. YEHOVAH had promised Abraham that Isaac would have children. He knew that YEHOVAH is faithful -- that He MUST keep His word. Therefore, Abraham reasoned, even if Isaac died, YEHOVAH would have no choice but to resurrect him back to life (Hebrews 11:19). And without hesitation he raised the knife to kill his son.

This is the story of Abraham -- how the friend of YEHOVAH God became the Father of the Faithful.

From the very time YEHOVAH called him, he believed AND OBEYED. That obedience strengthened and perfected his faith -- and because of his faith, the righteousness of Yeshua the Messiah was "counted unto him."

Faith is not some mystical, ethereal, magical quality that man cannot understand today. In short, faith is POWER! True faith has the power to produce works in the life of a Christian. Those WORKS in turn STRENGTHEN and PERFECT faith -- as they did with Abraham. Yeshua makes this abundantly clear: "But do you want to know, O foolish man, that FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD? Was not Abraham our father JUSTIFIED BY WORKS when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that FAITH was working together with his works, and BY WORKS FAITH WAS MADE PERFECT? And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, 'Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.' And he was called the friend of God. You see then that a man is JUSTIFIED BY WORKS, AND NOT BY FAITH ONLY" (James 2:20-24).

When you look around the world today there aren't many accurate definitions of faith to be found. This is because faith -- true faith -- is not easy! It requires a commitment that is more intense, and deeper, than any other commitment a man can be called upon to make -- even greater than the commitment to a marriage. It is a commitment that must be tried and tested -- over and over and over again!

It requires honesty, deep in your very soul, and a willingness -- no, a burning desire -- to search out the truth and face it squarely. It might reveal things you have done in a less than favorable light -- things that might reveal the true motivation behind them, about what you are.

Not only that, it requires a FIERCE DETERMINATION to REJECT all the lies of Satan, and his insincere, corrupt and comfortable ministers.

Sadly, it requires a commitment very few men and women in the Church of God are willing to make.

Yet, these people want very much to believe that they have true faith; and through the agency of one form of mental gymnastics or another, they manage to convince themselves of it. Quite frequently they even manage to convince the entire Church that their faith is genuine when, in truth, THEY HAVE NO FAITH AT ALL!

Ultimately, at the resurrection, Yeshua the Messiah will sort all of this out when he separates the sheep from the goats. Perhaps then they will finally believe they had no faith.

Understand this: True faith requires placing your life, and your entire future IN YEHOVAH GOD'S HANDS -- WITHOUT reservations! It means OBEYING what has been revealed to you, without exceptions and excuses, without the ever famous SELF-JUSTIFICATIONS that are so popular in the Worldwide Church of God today.

You must consciously submit your incredibly powerful will to the control of a God you can't even see -- a God who has never even spoken to you. You must submit to a God whom at first you don't even know very well.

This is scary stuff, or, perhaps, "terrifying" is a better word! Most people in the Church of God are frankly unwilling to commit themselves to something like this -- and the few that do are not at all equipped to see it through.

Yet, in light of this, I have not yet met one man who was able to ADMIT that he just wasn't willing to fulfill his commitment to YEHOVAH God, or that he had "set his hand to the plow," and then "looked back" (Luke 9:62). I have not met a man who could ADMIT that he doesn't have what it takes! I've yet to come across the first person who would simply say, "Well, yes, I agreed to follow the Messiah, but it was a lot harder than I thought it would be, so I just gave up and turned my back on His truth. I really don't want anything to do with Him anymore."

It is very obvious that many men, ministers even, have done just that in the Worldwide Church of God -- but where is the ONE who will admit it?

Because of this, the Church has filled up with all of these erroneous definitions of faith, which are really nothing more than elaborate self-justifications.

They are definitions with which the FAITHLESS can be COMFORTABLE -- they are definitions that, in effect, say: "We're O.K. just as we are, we are happy with the status quo, we don't want to change."

A Worldwide Church of God friend of mine in New Zealand used that very word to me recently -- "COMFORTABLE." I had never looked at it in quite those terms before, but it fits the heart of the Church of God today so perfectly.

My friend told me that he was quite "comfortable" with the new teachings of the Church and that past "errors" were being corrected. Rather than exercising FAITH and standing up for the TRUTH he went right along with all the pronouncements (heresies) coming from headquarters -- without even a murmur. He is, unfortunately, a COMFORTABLE CHRISTIAN!

In a colossal struggle to become COMFORTABLE with their faithlessness, the Church drags out the old typewriter or computer and pounds out a "Detailed Doctrinal Statement," which redefines the parameters of "saving faith," and moves their own current spiritual condition within those parameters.

It has been said many, many times that "men believe what they want to believe." But we must realize that what men CHOOSE to believe does NOT change or affect the truth one iota! The truth is the truth -- it simply exists! It is utterly INDEPENDENT of anything men choose to believe.

Until hell freezes over all the professed ministers of Yeshua the Messiah, in the Worldwide Church of God and others, can continue to tell their congregations that they are doing just fine. They say, "just continue to follow our detailed doctrinal statements, and OBEY THE CHURCH! Look to headquarters for your spiritual guidance." But, my friends, this will NOT alter the truth! It won't work for the Catholic Church of God -- and it won't work for all the other "churches of God" either!

They will all come up in the Great White Throne Judgment along with the Buddhists, Lutherans, Hindus, Mormons and Catholics, the citizens of Sodom and Gomorrah too, and start right in telling the Messiah what a "GREAT WORK" they were doing.

We must understand that the New Covenant is about faith -- for "the just shall walk by FAITH, and not by sight." A man walks this earth -- tries to be a Christian -- believes he is a Christian, but he never learns to practice faith. He just never learns to TRUST YEHOVAH God for his day to day physical well-being from the many trials of life. Also, he never learns to trust YEHOVAH for salvation, he never learns to look to the LIVING MESSIAH and EXPECT him to keep his word, to expect an immediate answer to his prayers.

Like the rest of professing Christianity he believes many things ABOUT the Messiah -- he claims to believe IN the Messiah, but he does NOT! Oh, he believes that the Messiah walked this earth. He even believes that the Messiah is alive today -- at the right hand of YEHOVAH God the father -- but he does not believe IN him.

If this man is to be saved, it must be FAITH that saves him. This faith must be TRUE FAITH -- not some elaborate concoction of confused and rebellious men.

This man claims to believe in Yeshua the Messiah. But, you know, when you believe someone, anyone, you believe what they tell you. You believe their integrity -- and you will do what they ask you.

If you truly believe in, or on Yeshua the Messiah, you trust him. You trust his word -- if he says he will do something, you KNOW he will do it. There is no doubt in your mind that his word is certain. You simply know that he cannot lie! You know he is the same yesterday, today, and FOREVER -- and you will do what he tells you!

The current teaching in the Worldwide Church of God leaves those few who have not completely compromised, and "bowed their knee to BAAL," feeling confused and not really knowing what YEHOVAH God is going to do in any particular situation.

He may heal them, or He may not! He may answer their prayershe may not! Like the Mystery Religion of Catholicism it's all part of some great "SECRET" plan of His, that we, as mere mortals, dare not question or try to understand!

Frankly, my friends, this is the same kind of faith and SLOP the Protestants and Catholics hand out!

Don't you remember? Have you forgotten already? This is what was DIFFERENT about the Worldwide Church of God. YEHOVAH God was alive and well -- and active within it. In this Church people really looked to YEHOVAH -- and expected Him to answer them.

Look around you now: THEY DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE!!

The Worldwide Church of God has become like all the rest -just one more group of religious BIGOTS -- from whom the spirit of YEHOVAH God is fleeing!

To "wait on the Lord" and EXPECT YEHOVAH to keep His promises has become tantamount to rebellion. How things have been turned around since the death of Herbert W. Armstrong!

All the so-called "new truth" coming out of the headquarters of this church is nothing more than slop and swill -- the most damnable SATANIC LIES of all time!

Many who still have a spark of the spirit of YEHOVAH God are leaving, or being kicked out of the Church they have loved so dearly, rather than remain and accept the lies and the lack of faith surrounding them. Some few REFUSE TO TURN THEIR BACKS ON THE MESSIAH!

Sadly, however, many in the Worldwide Church of God who see the lies and the lack of faith can't seem to muster up the courage to STAND UP FOR THE TRUTH. They are frightened and cowered by another GREAT SATANIC LIE -- that of CHURCH GOVERNMENT!

All the rest, those who have surrendered their faith to the pressures from the Church and this world, and are NO LONGER YEHOVAH GOD'S TRUE PEOPLE -- are finally COMFORTABLE with the teachings of the Church of God.

Members of the Worldwide Church of God are being told repeatedly that they cannot know if it is YEHOVAH's will to heal them or to answer their prayers. Yet the Bible -- the Word of YEHOVAH God -- clearly says: "Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the RENEWING OF YOUR MIND that ye may PROVE what is the good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2).

According to the Bible we are able to PROVE what YEHOVAH's will is with the help of the holy spirit. BUT IF WE NO LONGER HAVE THE SPIRIT OF YEHOVAH GOD, THEN HIS WILL BECOMES NEBULOUS AND HAZY.

This is because a man can only understand the thoughts and the will of YEHOVAH God THROUGH HIS SPIRIT. I Corinthians 2:9-12 plainly says:

When the spirit of YEHOVAH departs from men they are no longer able to KNOW the will of YEHOVAH. They can only guess at it. When they lose the spirit of YEHOVAH from their minds they become uncertain and frightened when called upon to practice faith and trust YEHOVAH God.

As time goes by, they become unable to trust Him for anything! Their only choice now is TO TURN TO MEN, and put their trust in them instead.

Note what Ephesians 5:17 says: "Therefore do not be unwise, but UNDERSTAND what the will of the Lord is."

Evidently, then, we CAN know His will -- if we have His spirit and STUDY His Word and ASK Him (see II Timothy 2:15 and Matthew 7:7). The very purpose of the Word of YEHOVAH (the Bible), is to REVEAL the nature of YEHOVAH God to those who love and OBEY Him.

The world cannot possibly know Him, but His children -- those who have received His spirit -- CAN know Him. But they must first surrender their pride and their own wills to His will. If they do not, the holy spirit will eventually DEPART FROM THEM.

This is how it works -- AND THIS IS THE TRUTH!! All the words emanating from the Worldwide Church of God that are designed to justify a lack of faith, are just that -- "words."

If you are able to pin these "ministers" down, they will admit that "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever." They may also agree that YEHOVAH's most important attribute is that He is FAITHFUL -- that His word is absolutely certain.

But then they counter, "you must realize that God is so much greater than we are -- and He's awfully smart."

According to these people, a promise means something entirely different to YEHOVAH God than it does to men.

"But, of course, God would never lie," they are quick to point out.

Nevertheless, the fact remains (according to these apostates) that as a man you can never really expect to hold YEHOVAH God to what He says either. You see, "He's just too clever for us."

These poor deceived fools! They simply do not understand. Don't they realize that it is not men who demand YEHOVAH God lives up to His word -- it is YEHOVAH God who has BOUND HIMSELF to His word. Anyone who realizes this truth and REJECTS all the vile, unbiblical teachings -- and SATANIC LIES to the contrary -- may, IN FAITH, rightly lay claim to the promises which that Word (the Bible) contains.

What is the net result of all the lies and deception emanating from the Worldwide Church of God?

The Word of YEHOVAH God isn't worth the paper it's written on!

There is absolutely no way under YEHOVAH's heaven that anyone who talks like this is speaking by the spirit of YEHOVAH! If they still have it at all, they are squelching and suppressing it, and if this condition continues, the holy spirit will not remain long in their minds.

Understand this: Those who are in the process of losing the spirit of YEHOVAH God have ALWAYS thought like this -- it's not new! THEY MUST FALL INTO ERROR! They can accept only "that which seems right to a man." Unfortunately, that which appears SO CLEAR with the aid of the holy spirit, is utter FOOLISHNESS without it! As they drift further and further away from YEHOVAH, the scholarship of this world seems ever more right!

Satan has convinced mankind (and all the fallen spirits) and now, nearly all of the Worldwide Church of God, that YEHOVAH GOD'S WORD IS NO GOOD!!

Satan is very insidious!

No, members of the Worldwide Church of God do not believe IN the Messiah! They believe in their ministers, or their friends, or their doctors, or their lawyers, or their bankers, or incredibly, even their government -- more than they do the Messiah!

What a sorry state of affairs!

The Church of God today is in the same condition as the Protestant Churches around it. It hides behind the FALSE GOD of church government -- its own "image of the beast," and utterly refuses to let YEHOVAH God's spirit work within it. It simply refuses to allow YEHOVAH to change its heart. The Church of God today has REJECTED the Messiah, and the responsibility to OBEY HIM, and trust him. Instead, they have carefully woven their own "COMFORTABLE" image of the beast -- and they prostrate their consciences before it.

Let me tell you this: If you truly care what Yeshua the Messiah thinks of you MORE than what men think of you, you will STAND YOUR GROUND, and SPEAK UP FOR THE TRUTH. You will have an INTENSE FEAR of compromising and falling out of favor with the Messiah -- a great deal MORE so than falling out of favor with men!

Regardless of the little mind games we all play, if you do not speak up for THE TRUTH -- if you know the truth, and suffer through church week after week, because you fear the reaction of men -- you are REJECTING the guidance of the spirit of YEHOVAH God. You are compromising your conscience -- and you will ultimately SEAR YOUR CONSCIENCE!

You will drive the spirit of YEHOVAH OUT of your mind, and then you will simply FORGET the truth. Do you really, deep down inside, want that to happen?

You will no longer even be able to recall the tremendous feeling of being able to trust YEHOVAH God with your life. YOU WILL HAVE COMPLETELY LOST YOUR FAITH!

Then you will experience a small amount of peace for a short time -- and then you will MISS OUT on the first resurrection!
